PAMCO Care is dedicated to help our residents lead independent, dignified lifestyles in the safety and comfort of a home environment, while providing the best care possible. We achieve this by carefully assessing and fully understanding our residents' individual needs and selectively placing experienced, certified personnel to meet these needs.

 Individual Support Plans are developed utilizing the team approach. The team will consist of family, professional staff, the individuals being served,  and others as requested or deemed necessary. Everyone's opinion is important, and we understand that those who know the individual the best have insight into the needs and strengths of the people we serve. We combine that information with our experience, resources, and community environment to develop the best solutions for our residents.

 Without a caring and secure environment, those living with intellectual and developmental disabilities are at an increased risk of compromised health and safety, and are subject to learning and developmental delays. Our caregivers are equipped to promote independence while enforcing rules that will promote the safety of the resident and their housemates, as well as our staff and the community as a whole.

Our Community Services consist of support activities that enable our residents to inclusively participate in the community where they live, work, receive their education, access health care, and engage in social and recreational activities. It is designed to promote greater independence, and personal choice, and allow for maximum inclusion in the community.

We believe each resident and staff member is an extension of the family. We encourage residents to lead a lifestyle as active and social as their abilities allow. Our facilities and facility services provide a secure living environment for our residents to feel right at home.
