Pamela Lucas
Our founder, Pamela Brinkley Lucas, is a disabled veteran who is dedicated to helping and caring for others. After serving our country in the US Army for over 20 years, working in both the Clinton and Bush White Houses, teaching advanced university courses, and succeeding as a defense contractor and entrepreneur, she founded PAMCO Care to provide the highest quality care to a vulnerable community.
Pam holds a bachelor's degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Executive MBA from Georgetown University, along with two additional Master's degrees from Central Michigan and the US Naval War College. She has a tremendous amount of diverse experience.
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Kenny Emberton
Kenny Emberton started his position as Vice President of Operations in December 2024. Before coming to EAG, he spent years working and volunteering in residential services-- gaining valuable experience and skills necessary to lead, motivate, and grow the team.
Kenny received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He spends his time outside of work with his wife and daughter.
